In my work as a Gestalt counsellor, I bring a creative, relational, and embodied approach to supporting your growth. I use myself—my presence, my responses, and my awareness—as an instrument in the therapeutic process. This allows us to explore together how you make contact with yourself, with others, and with the world around you.

Many of the patterns we rely on today were shaped in childhood or developed in response to painful or overwhelming experiences. These patterns often helped us survive, but over time they can become fixed, limiting, or out of step with who we are now. In our sessions, I pay close attention to these habitual ways of relating—how they show up in your body, your emotions, your thoughts, and even in the space between us.

I draw on a range of experiential methods, including bodywork, dialogue, role play, role reversal, and other creative forms of exploration. These approaches help bring awareness to deeply embedded life patterns and open up new possibilities for choice, flexibility, and connection. Together, we can gently experiment with different ways of being, allowing new relational experiences to emerge in the safety of the therapeutic relationship.

My intention is to offer a warm, grounded, and attuned presence, creating a confidential space where you can bring yourself exactly as you are—without pressure, without judgement. Whether you are navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, identity questions, or simply a desire for deeper self‑understanding, we will move at a pace that feels right for you.

Ultimately, my aim is to support you in developing a more integrated, compassionate, and authentic relationship with yourself and with others, so that you can live with greater freedom, awareness, and choice.
